Do you ever feel like the world and everyone else is changing right before your eyes. Yet your just ya know...staying the same? The past year has flown by and there has been so many changes. My mother has retired and a lovely change with that is that she is now always around :) My sisters have moved from far off places to kinda closer places. Great! My five year old son (Geez five already) is now in Kindergarten. My husband has done some major bulking up. (Did I mention before that these are all good changes?) In fact they are great changes. It's just that they are all happening so fast and I'm starting to feel like I can't keep up. Time for me to get up off my butt and do some doing. Do some writing, reach my goals. like how my mom reached her goal of early retirement. Or my sisters reached their goals to move from the ends of the earth back home. Or how my husband reached his goal to gain weight. Really he did, I mean I know it sounds strange who wants to gain weight right? I will is now my Motto. What your goals for this year? What your I will?

So friends I'll have you know that I've bought the corned beef, grabbed some ale along with all the other essentials and I am officially ready for St. Patrick's Day. How about your? I'm so excited this year to be spending it with family and friends. My son is really starting to take note of all the holidays now that he is five and he has got his green gear laid out for school tomorrow. I hope he finds the leprechauns he's been raving about all month :) What are you plans ? Are you going out of town or staying in? I'd love to hear from you. Until next time, wishing you all the luck of the Irish. P.S. I plan to share with you all a chapter from The Wedding very soon.

So this weekend I went to see Oz The Great And Powerful. Everyone I knew was saying how much it disappointing them. I almost didn't go and was going to wait to netflix it. Boy am I glad I didn't. Me and the hubby went and we loved it. It was cute, it was what I expected if not a little more and it was beautiful. I hope they make a sequel. For anyone who is still on the fence about it (I doubt there are did you see all that money it brought in?) I say go and definitely see it in 3D. All this movie going didn't take me away from my writing however,in fact it inspired it the beautiful scenery made my mind whirl. I went home and mapped out one of the last scenes to the Wedding. Still hoping for a March or Mid April release. Until next time.

Well I'm back! It's been a long time, to long. A lot has been going on so I just wanted to get my feet wet with this blog again. I never really had the chance to get it up and going. The past few months have been a whirlwind. We had not one but two deaths in our family that left us all heartbroken and we are only now just starting to get along again. I've had extreme writers block. I had finished The Wedding but once I went through it and let my sister skim through it as well it was decided that it was a rushed story. Not the story I felt Margaret and Jasper deserved. Now I'm going to rework it which is a little hard. I already have the cover ready. I don't know I have set myself a kinda crazy deadline for a release of April 1st. I figure it was fitting since I was fool to set that date in the first place but well see how well I work under pressure. I hope to keep this updated and if anyone is reading this thanks for sticking with me.
